Our practitioners can help you to manage your anxiety, and to identify any underlying causes through a holistic treatment plan. This can include talk therapy, medication and/or lifestyle changes. We tailor each treatment plan to our individual client’s needs.
Anger Management
Anger management is about understanding your anger and why it happens. Our sessions will help you to identify the underlying causes of your anger, as well as identify your personal high-risk triggers. It will help to address the impact of your anger on those closest to you. We will help you to break the cycle of anger and embrace new behavioural practices.
Clinical Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is used to enhance psychotherapy and bring about subconscious change. This can help facilitate behavioural change and resolve emotional issues. Clinical Hypnotherapy can help with fears and phobias, depression, anxiety, smoking, weight issues and insomnia. We offer SleepTalk for children as well as Hypnoband.
Depression Treatment
Depression is a common yet serious illness. Our practitioners will give you a psychological assessment to determine the type of depression, before implementing an integrated mental health plan that takes into account you and your lifestyle.
Drug abuse and substance addiction
Addiction is a chronic disease, not a weakness. It can have devastating effects on the individual, their loved ones and the community. Our substance abuse specialists can help our clients to curb addiction and prevent relapse. Working with a premium rehabilitation centre, we provide addiction treatment from all angles.
Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR)
This breakthrough psychotherapy was designed to help patients overcome the devastating effects of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Using eye movements, it helps the brain to re-process a traumatic situation.This can occur after experiences such as physical or emotional abuse, rape, car accidents or military combat.
Relationship counselling
This can help couples of all types recognise and resolve conflicts to improve their relationship. Some couples seek marriage or relationship counselling to strengthen their bond and get a better understanding of each other. It can also help couples who plan to get married. In other cases, couples may seek counselling to improve a troubled relationship. We also offer sex therapy to help with the emotional and sexual health of your relationship.
Child Psychology
Children, like adults, can benefit from therapy. Many children may need help dealing with a difficult learning environment or relating to their peers; they may even need help discussing family issues such as a divorce or an illness. Our child psychiatrists and psychologists are the best in their field. They will be able to give you, and your child the additional support. Younger children could also benefit from seeing one of our psychologists if there is a significant delay in their developmental milestones. We conduct psychological assessments, and can work with their teachers to develop a teaching plan that takes this into account.
