Being born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Dr. Se Jean Sean always wanted to be a Chiropractor from a young age. She always had the fascination to learn more about the human biomechanics and is constantly doing research on the latest development in the world of medical science. She graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia in 2014 and possessed a Masters in Clinical Chiropractic Care.
Dr. Jean, as she is more commonly known to her patients, is fantastic at diagnosing and treating patients with hip pain, shoulder pain, slip disc and knee problems. She has achieved outstanding success in her scoliosis treatment programs and is slowly becoming the go-to person for spine problems. Dr. Jean stays up to date with the latest research and is always incorporating new therapies into her clinical practice.

Stay Away – Unprofessional and a SCAM!
Having given up squash playing for a while I notice a little niggle in my right shoulder which happened momentarily and at a frequency of around once every 3 months usually if i did a false move which was usually accompanied with a ‘click’.
I though it was high time I got my shoulder looked into by a professional.
Dr Se Sean Jean diagnosed me and diagnose that I has a shoulder impingement. The treatment to be administered:
Cold Ice packs, massage, re-adjustment, ultrasound, electric simulation, with a view to rediagnose after 3-5 sessions, and do an MRI depending on response. luckily I committed to half of the package proposed by the doctor at a cool RM2000.

1 – Once the main doctor had enrolled me into the program, that was it, most of the treatment was carried out by inexperienced staff who were not yet chiropractors (students). Time and time went by and I was wonder when the main doctor will see me again – All idea of having an MRI went out the window and never brought up again. Worse even other ‘doctors’ started taking up my treatment and carrying out adjustment.
2 – There was no communication within the team for the treatment that had to be administered, I had been applying cold packs during treatment when suddenly someone pointed out that warm ones should be used to encourage blood flow.
3 – Once another docutor question me if I had been doing streching, which no one ever asked me to do at home.
4 – Everytime I attended it was whoever was available to carry out treatment, although appointments was made weeks in advance. You’d think the same person would be treating you for continuation.
5 – When I tried to claim this treatment under insurance, the feed back was Dr SE Sean Jean is not registered, resulting in my claim being declined.
ENDING UP IN MORE PAIN

Well after about 2 session I started feeling worse, I could not lift my arm beyond my shoulder. the click was more prominent and painful. The adjust did help but the relief only momentarily, duration 10 mins. Months later even after stopping this treatment I am worse off than when I actually walked into this place.
Let alone all the time spent traveling there and fees paid.
There were no explanation by the doctor when I confronted her after my last appointment, to which she decided to turned up …hoping to enroll me for more treatment I guess.
