Consultant Ophthalmologist and Vitreoretinal Surgeon
Dr Siow Yun Ching graduated from the Faculty of Medicine University of Malaya in 1994 and attained Master in Ophthalmology from University of Malaya in 2002. She was also awarded Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow in Ophthalmology in the same year.
She subsequently underwent vitreo-retinal training at Hospital Selayang as well as Sydney Eye Hospital where she completed the clinical fellow of Eddie Donaldson Vitreo-Retinal Fellowship in 2008. She was awarded Malaysian Certificate of Completion in Fellowship Training (CCFT) in vitreo-retinal subspecialty by Ministry of Health Malaysia in 2009. She served at Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru as vitreo-retinal surgeon from 2009 to 2014.
Currently, Dr Siow Yun Ching is a Consultant Ophthalmologist and Vitreo-retinal Surgeon at the Indah Specialist Eye Centre, Johor Bahru.
